Our design process is as personal as the spaces we create, rooted in conversation, inspired by texture and pattern, and guided by the way each client truly lives. EMILY FIELD
PARTNER
Emily’s passion for design started early, inspired by her mom’s creativity and eye for beauty. What began with sewing costumes and painting murals grew into a lifelong love of creating meaningful, beautiful spaces. She began her career in fashion, working on visual displays and later at Bennett & Company, specializing in trend forecasting, fabric sourcing, and design presentations. Emily then shifted into marketing and recruiting but always kept that creative spark alive by designing custom florals and invitations.
In 2007, a move to Lynnfield and a friendship with Nancy led to the launch of Main Street Home. Known for her bold use of color, patterns, and unexpected combinations, Emily strives to create spaces that feel vibrant, welcoming, and deeply personal.

LAURA HEALEY
PARTNER
Laura started her design journey almost ten years ago, beginning with nurseries and children’s rooms before moving on to full-home interiors. With experience in account management, marketing, and advertising, she brings a great mix of creativity and business sense to every project.
Laura’s strong skills in project management, budgeting, and working closely with clients help keep everything running smoothly from start to finish. She loves really listening to what her clients want and transforming that into spaces that are both practical and beautiful. Focused on the little details, Laura aims to create homes that truly reflect her clients’ personalities and lifestyles.

NANCY RICH
PARTNER
Nancy brings a wealth of experience to every project, with a strong background in construction that gives her valuable insight into project management and client relationships. She’s also spent several years in real estate, sharpening her eye for the potential in a space and developing a deep understanding of how people live in and connect with their homes.
These diverse experiences naturally led her into design, where she’s learned that listening is just as important as selecting the perfect fabric or window treatment. By fostering strong client relationships and maintaining clear communication, Nancy delivers results that are both beautiful and deeply personal.
